I don't think its all that debian focused, but debian users (very much
IMO) seem to tend to be much more debian focused in their answers where
as everyone else has the good grace not to drag distro wars into every
question answer they can.

Personally, I couldn't give a monkeys what distro people run.  Any linux
is a vast improvement over certain other OSes.
