[LUG] OS Advocacy objective and suggestion

The key objective right now for OS advocates has to be the
demonstration of 'best value' in IT procurements where OS really is the
'best value' choice. ('Best value' is explicitly not just price determined).

Who is up for a briefing to our local authorities, if they would like to hear 
it?
