Same reason Dan Bernstein has one from Tonga probably.

Western Sahara still haven't registered their name.

Anyone fancy becoming a name registry for "EH", should be able
to sell that one to people who need a ".INFO" but don't know as
much.

All you need is a camel and a sun tan, I don't suppose ICANN are
that familiar with anywhere east of the Atlantic - "you sure
your from Western Sahara, you sound like an Australian" ;)
