Is blueyonder a publicly quoted and traded company?

Any ocmpany with shareholders has a fiduciary duty to enhance value for them 
as much as it can, so a word with one of them might be in order.  A polite, 
quiet word.

Shareholders can attend and must be invited to the annual general meeting, 
you don't need more than one share to do so ...

Schmoozing at the AGM, and planting a written question in advance, is more 
likely to be more effective than making a fuss or being directly challenging.
