I guess it would be a bit rude to promote my own services, but you did ask...

I own (and maintain) my own server in London Telehouse, linux-based of 
course.  We can do practically anything (legal) if you need anything 
specialist, althought most 'normal' services are there already (web, PHP, 
Perl, POP3 mail, webmail, SSL, etc).
