we already have a linux test workstation box with OpenOffice.org 6.0. We also have a training team who do Desktop support. I have suggested that they may like to evaluate OpenOffice
One thing I'd suggest there is that once you have a demo machine on the network that you offer VNC viewer for WIndows users, and set up several Linux sessions running VNC server, so that people can log on very easily and have a Linux desktop on their Windows machine for a while.
