Linux support can be found in many forms. The Internet is a good starting point. News group and mailing archives, together with people's faq and howto pages give a good source of static answers to common problems. User groups, such as this one give the opportunity to ask direct questions for specific problems. With many people answering, there is a good chance you'll find the answer to your problem, since many of the members here have been using Linux, or Unix in some other form, in the same way you do. If your support reuirement is more business critical, you might want to consider a Linux support contract. Some of us, including myself, can offer such a service.
