'Nuff said? Hardly. It doesn't fulfill the mainstream requirement for a start. And if you're going to suggest something, please at least put enough effort into wirting your mail to explain what it is. For the un-initated; Ximian Red Carpet is the (gtk based only) front end for keeping your Ximian desktop system up to date. It downloads and installs rpms for you from their ftp site/a mirrror. It is pretty good but the gtk only thing gives it limitations, and it is very dependant on having certain xml files available so that it can determine dependancies.
