Make sure that you have a linux bootdisk. That way you can get into linux and restore thwe boot system of your choice. One bit I am not so clear on is if you use NTFS for the WIN2K boot partition then you cannot use the old DOS commands (sys c:) to straighten out the boot sector if things go a bit pear-shaped.
