Thanks Neil, the bills are deducted by credit card. I am concerned to 'go the extra mile' as this sort of thing can get expensive if it should end up in the hands of debt collectors. Tiscali' s billing is so up in the air they cannot tell you what period you are being charged for. Bah! Still now off for a weekend's sailing in Southhampton (short week this one) so I will be 'on list' again next week. out there who are still being charged by tiscali's irregular billing? If so do let me know. I have been trying to stop them billing me for months now, and experience has taught me that calling their customer call centre does not seem to
