I think Ive got you all barking up the wrong tree .... I just wanted to buck the system really, even if I did find out what the problem was, I couldn't do anything about it (I'm just a user on a UK wide company network) I'll probably just put a list together of web addresses that I comonly use if its the nameserver (wherever it might be .... west drayton I think), and if it's not the name server, I'll be happy with just being able to read emails while the rest of the office is locked out of the internet cheers for your help Andy Weir -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
