[LUG] Strange Network at Work

Hello,

I am sat at work and every lunch time the network goes down ....

but I can still use my web mail (Demon using php I think) ....

I recon the name server goes down and not the gateway ....

so does anyone have a network address of a web page so I can try out my theory 
(111.222.333.444 type of thing)
