I had a quick look at the following site, which gives a comparison between Linux and Windows.  The url should be ok if I copied it down properly from the internet.

is a simple linux tutor, this one is probably more accurate if

 

There was an interactive one somewhere, with quiz that was quite good,  But I can't remember the URL

 

Anyway just thought some of these may be of interest.
