is there a similar notation in C that will fill a ceartain number of 'cells' with a predefined value ?? If there is that would be great as the only other way I can see of doing it is with loops and I would prefer to avoid that if possible !!!!

If not, a ickle macro or inline would be best bet speed wise. ~ Theo - -- Theo Zourzouvillys http://zozo.org.uk/ You will be advanced socially, without any special effort on your part. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.6 (GNU/Linux) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE8x+ga448CrwpTn6YRAln+AJ4h+Tk7OR0iw7S6ySH4IA+pnzawsACfecOe 2/yaU8B/jItX6IvxDk1DBag= =1cNi -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- The Mailing List for the Devon & Cornwall LUG Mail majordomo@xxxxxxxxxxxx with "unsubscribe list" in the message body to unsubscribe.
