I may be a little biased seen as i am already with fast24 but they don't
have a cut off policy as far a i know :)
seen as I spent 9hr 48min online last night,hehe

they will however cut you off at peak times if you leave your connection
idle but of course this can be circumnavigated by using stay connected of
similar software.(my advice use some auto resume software).

unofficially ive heard they only start twitching if you use 250hours per
week or more and that's alot of browsing by anyone's standards, I downloaded
mandrake 8.1 by modem so there fairly tolerant thats approximately 48 hrs
per disc!!

Never engaged EVER.... but you are tied to one phone eg: the number you
register they are not fussed how you connect linux/windows er os2 whatever.
