Oh.. i am trying to get Unreal Tournament working in linux.. anyone done this yet ?? Neil Stone
Yes use the loki 486GOTY(6.8meg) script and UT disks from the windows version! then replaced all the maps which don't uncompress properly with the maps on the already installed windows ver. run ut under linux once the loki directories are sorted in your home directory, edit the ut ini file and bin the crappy SDL openGl driver for the standard openGL offering make sure your using the S3tc textures and watch the game fly! I do the admin on the tiscali server, and would gladly frag the pants off any linux players at no extra charge! Oh all the above don't mean diddly unless you have a Very powerful machine and ISDN or better :)
