Nope, Macs rely on USB for most peripherals these days, plus Firewire for devices (storage and video products mainly) requiring a higher bandwidth bus. ADB (Apple Desktop Bus) died a death with the iMacs if not before. At least Apple seem to be embracing open standards these days, what with USB and Firewire on the iMacs and PCI (and possibly AGP) on the desktop boxen.
