Never tried it - presumably you mean the --comment <string> option in gpg. Would you want to alter this regularly / dynamically? Would you want different comments for different accounts? I joined the kmail mailing list a little while back (I had issues with signatures made by keys that were later revoked (Kai) not being indicated as possibly compromised signatures in KMail - oops).
