As I have not seen the form in question I might entertain the possibility that it is accessible to those who use accessibility technologies linked to Internet Explorer (but I doubt it!). Which would raise the question - would it be against the law for public bodies to provide web pages which are accessible but only through the use of a particular vendor's solutions?
