[LUG] Helix Gnome

Has anyone else looked at Helix Gnome (www.helixcode.com)?

I've installed the preview and am running it happily now. I think it's
just what gnome needs - as the default gnome setups in most distro's
makes gnome look pretty poor compared to kde, but this time round, it
looks far better (IMHO). The only critisism I have so far is the
default sawmill theme that it installs is pretty ugly.

Oh, that, and when installing packages, if you don't have corrent
library versions for some of them, it just fails to install the app and
doesn't try to download the latest version of the library/libraries nor
even save a list for you to hunt them down yourself.

Still, I think it's a step in the right direction as far as making gnome
attractive to linux users is concerned - especially newbies.

What do you guys think?
