Nope.
Samba just provides the SMB services on top of the OS's own network stack,
i.e. NBT (NetBIOS over TCP/IP). For NetBEUI support you'll need layer 3
support, i.e. kernel level drivers.
And besides, anyone caught using NetBEUI should be shot. It's a
nonroutable protocol and doesn't even bridge particularly well. For
anything apart from Win95 on a single segment for people who can't wrap
thir heads around IP addresses, it's not worth doing.
