Is that an internal or external device? Linux has a good range of support
for internal cards, but external TAs are *much* easier to make work. Just
point your favourite modem dialer at the appropriate serial device
(/dev/ttyS0 = COM1 etc)
Internal devices are ohh so much fun to set up. Ive had an ELSA pci on
working well, but only on a single channel as I never got round to
multlinking the channels. Have a look for isdn4linux documentation. With
any luck it should be inculded with your distribution.
BTW, aparantly SuSE is the best Linux distribution for ISDN. Last time I
tried it under Red Hat I had to all sorts of fun system hacks :)
