I figured most people would be arriving for presentations about 11,
which is much more reasonable.

At the moment - any time of the day or night is much the same to me.

It is marketing speak for a bit of Queen's building they don't routinely
let students at - i.e. it is still clean, tidy and not battered looking
by the end of term.
