Hi,  I have finally managed to get kmail to work properly and have subscribed
to the group again so I can use it with a pop3 account which is far better. 


A few questions, 

I would like to remove grub and replace with LILO as I am more familiar with
this and I sometimes need to enter console mode upon booting and currently
can't (well ok the option there but it's much easier to just type linux 3 from
lilo)

Anyway I seem to be having problems.

Using K Package I can't un install grub

if i try and install using KLILO I get the following output


Added linux *

Fatal:
Partition entry not found.

ERROR: Lilo died

I am not too sure how to procede.  If I try and uninstalll grub I get dependancy problems.

I am trying to install to the Master boot record which is where grub

I am using a p166 with 96 mb ram and star office seems to take ages to load, 
after clicking on the icon on the K menu,  do you have any suggestions as to
why it takes so long?  

anyway it's good to be able to use the list with pop3 so I will sign off and
