I've been running WMware under Windows 2000 to run Win98SE - The answer
even with a P3-700, I think it's slower than a Pentium 233MMX. And you do
need *lots* of memory. Linux under VMware does run a lot quicker - No
clumbsy M$ GUI to worry so much about.
What I do like, is being able to test new installs of software on a linux
test enviroment(sp) before trying it on a production linux box.
